384 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 384 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 384 platform.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 384 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform.
Use of the 384 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Reside in or access the platform from a location where this service is not legally restricted;
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not identified as a prohibited or restricted person by any relevant authority.
384 reserves the right to decline any registration application or terminate the account of any user who does not meet the eligibility requirements above, without prior notice.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 384 platform. Registering multiple accounts under a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. False or inaccurate information may be grounds for account suspension or closure without a refund of any remaining balance.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your password and account login details confidential;
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether with or without your knowledge;
- Notify 384 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
- Keep your personal information up to date whenever there are material changes.
384 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by an unauthorised third party, particularly where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions
Users of the 384 platform are required to comply with all usage rules in place. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanisms to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation;
- Attempting to exploit bugs, system errors, or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for personal gain;
- Engage in any form of fraud, collusion with other users, or manipulation of game outcomes;
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity;
- Copying, distributing, or reproducing any content or software belonging to 384 without authorisation;
- Disrupting the normal operation of the platform or negatively affecting other users' experience.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, with no entitlement to any refund.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the 384 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via the supported payment methods listed on the platform.
The following applies to all financial transactions:
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the current policy displayed on the platform. These limits may change without prior notice;
- All withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the user's name only. Withdrawal requests to third parties will not be processed;
- The 384 platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal, for compliance and security purposes;
- Any attempt to misrepresent or falsify financial transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities;
- Any taxes or charges imposed by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers are solely the user's responsibility.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
The 384 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties regarding performance, continuous availability, or the accuracy of information displayed. We make every effort to keep the platform running without interruption, but we cannot guarantee this at all times.
To the extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law, 384 is not liable for:
- Any direct or indirect financial losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform;
- Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, infrastructure failures, or force majeure events;
- Acts or omissions by third parties, including payment providers or game providers;
- Disputed game outcomes unless a clear and verifiable system error is proven.
Account Suspension & Closure
384 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:
- The user breaches any part of these terms and conditions;
- The user is involved in activities suspected of fraud, money laundering, or collusion;
- The user is found to have provided false information during registration;
- Accounts showing unusual or suspicious activity from a security standpoint.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach and at the discretion of platform management.
Platform Intellectual Property
All content, designs, source code, logos, trademarks, the 384 name, and other materials on the platform are the exclusive property of 384. Users are not granted any licence or right to use, copy, distribute, or modify any such content without prior written authorisation from 384 management.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

The 384 platform may contain links to third-party services or content, including game providers, payment processors, and technology partners. These links and integrations are provided solely for user convenience. 384 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately before using them.
Changes to These Terms
384 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to users. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. By continuing to use the platform after any changes, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 384 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to settle the dispute through the mechanism prescribed under applicable law.
